Terms of Sale

Clause 1: Purpose

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale described below detail the rights and obligations of Indian Canadian Import and its customer in connection with the sale of all goods on this website (indiancanadianimport.com)
Any service performed by Indian Canadian Import therefore implies the buyer’s unreserved adherence to these general conditions of sale.


Clause n° 2 : Price


The prices of the goods sold are those in force on the day on which the order was taken. They will be increased by the transport charges applicable on the day of the order.
However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated at the time of the order registration


Clause n° 3 : Delivery

Orders are shipped between tuesday and friday. Deliveries are only taken in the morning. Example: If you order on a Friday afternoon, your order will only be shipped the following Tuesday.

The deliveries, when they are possible, are provided only by the French Post.After shipment, the deadlines are no longer our responsibility. Indian Canadian Import disclaims all liability for failure to meet delivery deadlines after shipment.

Clause 5: Late Payment

In the event of a default, a solution may be considered with Indian Canadian Import in order to make a new regulation.

If the situation persists, a collection agent will be contacted, the file will then be forwarded to the French bank.

Penalties and compensation may be claimed by Indian Canadian Import


Clause 6: Right of Withdrawal

The customer who orders on the website indiancanadianimport.com has a right of withdrawal of 14 days. This right does not apply in the case of a custom order, expressly requested by the customer or not included in our usual product range. There is no withdrawal on the CITES species. 


Clause 7 : Priorities

Indian Canadian Import is a travelling company, so sales are given priority over the events we attend. In the event that a product ordered on indiancanadianimport.com has already been sol during a demonstration, without giving us the time to decrease the stocks of the webstire, the customer will be automatically refunded as soon as possible. No compensation can be claimed by the customer in this case.
